Peppermint rocks/polkagris

At the last day of the festival i did buy 5 small bags of candy ,some candy i really love and i haven´t found any place that sell this type of candy in Malmö, I love this candy its really tasty,not very good for the teeth but it's only one time in one year i bye it when they came every year to sell it at the festival,it´is called polkagris,iám not sure of the name in english but i think the name is peppermint rocks.

Please do correct me iám wrong because i really like to know the real name of it.
